Depending on the terms applicable to the relevant Sub-fund and Class, these rights may include rights to:

Further details of the rights attaching to Shares are contained in the Offering Memorandum and the Articles.
Contractual rights
By executing and delivering a Subscription Form, an investor enters into a contractually binding subscription for Shares in the Fund.
The contractual rights and obligations of an investor are set out principally in the Offering Memorandum, the Articles, the relevant Subscription Form and any other contractual documentation agreed with the investor. Investors should consult those documents for information about matters including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, distributions, fees and expenses, investor reporting and the circumstances in which dealing may be restricted or suspended.
