Hettie is a member of the Portfolio Management team, which oversees the client portfolios. She assists with portfolio construction including matching client return objectives and constraints with asset allocation and risk targets, implementing investment decisions, and updating clients. Hettie joined CapGen in 2025, having previously worked in the Portfolio Management team at Willis Towers Watson. Hettie graduated from Exeter University with a first class degree in Economics and is a CFA® Charterholder. Hettie also serves on the Investment Committee of the CFA UK in a voluntary capacity.
